Build-up on the roof
Moss, lichen and heavier deposits are identified before work starts.
INFORMATION AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH
Careful cleaning for tiled roofs around Cognac.
Moss, lichen and organic deposits can hold moisture on roof tiles. We use controlled brushing and suitable low-pressure treatments, selected according to the roof condition. We do not rely on aggressive high-pressure washing.

We first assess the roof covering, access and surrounding areas. Heavy moss can be removed by controlled brushing before a suitable treatment is applied at low pressure. Fragile, damaged or unsuitable tiles may require repairs or a different approach.
Very high pressure can be inappropriate for older or porous tiles. The method is chosen according to the roof rather than using one process on every property.
The condition of the roof, safe access, proposed method, scope and price are confirmed before work begins. Additional work is not carried out without your agreement.
